1. CANCELLATION & MODIFYING THE ORDER
We understand you will have a headache because of your wrong decisions. If you want to withdraw your purchase at Banantees, cancel your order within 2 hours after your successful order.
Once you place an order, your order will immediately enter the queue for production. If you request cancellation within 2 hours, we will cancel your order for free. If you change order information(such as size, image, design, pattern) or cancel your order after 2 hours, and it is in production, we will charge a 25% fee for canceling or changing. Since each of our products is one-of-a-kind and made just for you, please double check your order info before order. If you have any questions, please send us an email ([email protected])
The shipping address can be changed before shipping, and we can not do any change once shipping out.
1.2 Modifying the order
If you realize that you need to change the information on your order, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] within 2 hours to modify your order. If 2 hours have elapsed since your purchase, we will not accept any requirements about modifying the order.
2. FAQs ON CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1 Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only if your order has not been put into production yet.
2.2 What are the cancellation charges for late order cancellation?
The minimum cancellation charges for late order cancellations is 25% of the order value. In the case of custom-made products (such as personalized blankets), the cancellation charges may be higher to help us recover the material cost.
2.3 Why do you not accept late cancellations?
Every product we ship is Printed on demand. As you know, most of our products are custom-made and for special occasions like a gift for Father’s Day, a gift for Mother’s Day, or gifts for Christmas. Each product is unique and has special value to the person who ordered it, and cannot be sold to another person. Therefore, we cannot accept late cancellations.
2.4 Can I modify my order?
Of course, you can. However, that’s only possible when your order has not been put into production at the time of your modification request.
2.5 Why do you not accept late modifications?
Once your order has already been put into production, it cannot be changed. Therefore, we can accept modification requests only before the production begins.
2.6 How much time do I have for cancelling or modifying the order after placing it?
Depending on the orders volume and product type, our production schedule often varies by a day or two. However, we usually accept cancellation or modification requests up to 2 hours for non- personalized product and up to 12 hours for personalized products after receiving your order
2.7 Can I cancel the order after it has been shipped?
No. Once the order is processed and shipped, we can neither modify it nor cancel it.
2.8 How should I make a cancellation or modification request?
