Intro: The first day of summer vacation is finally upon us. While most parents will be happy for their children to get a break from school, there will be some parents who dread the thought of having to send their kids back to a classroom full of little monsters. In my case, I’d be lying if I said that I didn’t feel some fear and trepidation about my son going back to school after a month off. After all, he’s only 8 years old and we’re still dealing with a lot of issues with his temper tantrums, sleep issues and general defiance of authority.
