Refunds, Returns Policy

1. DEFECTIVE/ INCORRECT/ DAMAGED/ STOLEN/ LOST ITEMS

If there is an issue with the order you receive, please contact us via email: support@banantees.com. One of our representatives will be happy to help make things right within 30 days of receiving your order.

If the product arrives defective, we will arrange a reproduction and ship it out for free. Please send us an email (support@banantees.com) with your order number, picture and kindly explain the problem.

Please note that whatever size, color, and the image you upload will be customized on your item. If the incorrect size, color or image is selected and sent out to you, Banantees is not responsible for replacing these items.

We will not issue any refund in case the order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout process was inaccurate or incomplete.

2. RETURN & REFUND

We are so sorry to say that your order will not be returned once it has been successfully done shipping.

However, if you prove that you have received from Banantees a product with poor quality or wrong design and convincing evidence. We will immediately reimburse you for a new item that meets your expectation and for sure you will not be charged a fee.

You can keep the defective product as an apology from Banantees and also a reminder for us not to make the same mistake again.

3. EXCHANGE

Banantees always wants to be able to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, therefore, we will make it right if that is our mistake:

  • Wrong style, size, or color.
  • Wrong expected items.

Please contact support@banantees.com detailing your desired product and the exchange reason.

In case you want to exchange for other sizes/designs after receiving your original order, we would like to give you a discount coupon to place a new order for the product you want.
