By using 3D printing technology, this designer was able to create a 3D printed hat with a deer pattern on it that can be used as a fashion accessory.

There’s nothing new about making hats—especially not 3D-printed ones. But a 3D printed hat with a pattern that’s a combination of a deer and a star, or a deer and an arrow—that’s pretty new.

A 3D printed deer head has come to life. Created by a team at The University of Texas at Austin, the “Deer Hat” can be used to create a personalized hat or other accessories.
